Managing, coping and changing

There are different ways to deal with misophonia: options that help you get through the day – coping and managing the condition – as well as opportunities to change the symptoms.  That often requires the help of a specialist.

Sometimes we can be encouraged to follow the crowd and to engage in behaviours that are, for whatever reason, promoted as being helpful.  Even when it becomes quite clear that they are certainly not helpful and may even be a detriment.
